Stressed? Anxious? Need to Relax?

Sunday is the perfect day to take time out or to think about what you can do in the future to help yourself. So many people these days have anxiety and mental illness. It’s not a bad thing it’s just not nice to have to go through it. There are so many factors which cause it. Some include genetics, social media, stress, foods, alcohol, coffee, vibrations, negative energies and also some say just souls that have passed that have strong energies still around us. Also higher beings can have different frequencies which can make us feel anxious as earth has lower vibrations which makes it a contrast. We don’t need to live in fight or flight & freeze all day just because we are stuck in traffic. That response was more for our ancestors when they were being chased by lions or in real danger.

The main thing is to put yourself as number one. If your tank is full then you can be ok for everyone else in your life. Take time for yourself. Go for a walk. Go to Yoga, gym, fitness class (whatever you enjoy) Don’t put more stress on your body by over doing it!! Find a balance. Sage to get rid of negative energies. Mindfulness is an amazing tool for all of us. Breathe. Reset. Live in the now and appreciate everything you have. Meditation can also clear your mind. Just like having a spring clean out. Sweep away all of the old thoughts that you don’t need. The past is the past. The future hasn’t happened. Now is the only time. Use the past as wisdom rather than holding onto it and becoming the victim. Be the creator of you life. Find your interests and passions. Follow the breadcrumbs of excitement.
