We offer worldwide shipping. Shipping costs differ around the world. Please refer to checkout to see the variety of shipping costs offered for your country. Thank you.
Our clothing is created and shipped from the USA. Our items are made to order so when you make a purchase, we will connect with our printing partners and get your order ready which is filled with good energy and high frequencies. You will receive a tracking number when your order is shipped.
Course and certain readings are available for instant download.
Made to order readings will be sent in PDF via email when it is ready. These may take up to 4 - 5 days.
Crystals are shipped from our online store in New Zealand. Depending on where you are in the world it may take a while to arrive as we are in-between large ocean space. Your crystal will be shipped within 4 days of purchase, but we endeavour to get your order out as soon as we can. We use Go Sweet Spot shipping. You will receive a tracking number when your order is ready and has been picked up.
Customs & Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Sorry we are not responsible for delays due to customs. Thank you in advance for your patience with our lovely printing and shipping team. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to message us.
Lilyleaf11 will not be liable for any injuries or harm caused by crystals or other products. Unfortunately crystals can break. They can be sharp and dangerous. Please be careful around children and pets.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS NOTE: Ships from USA. Out of USA your parcel may be subject to additional custom fees, duties or taxes that are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. We are unable to refund you if you refuse the package because of customs charges.
Return Policy
Thank you so much for visiting. As we are a small family business, we are made-to-order and we do not offer change of mind returns, exchanges, therefore cannot be refunded (unless an item is faulty) Please feel free to contact us for individual situations. We want you to be happy xx
Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds or exchanges for change of mind on online courses, made-to-order products, instant digital downloads, sale items or gift cards. Faulty items and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please send a photo of your item as soon as possible and we can either refund or create a new order for you. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
