Are you the mind or the Soul?

Love is the glue that binds the Universe together. So many people are looking in the outside world for things to make them feel better. To feel high, to feel happier, to feel love. Many might shop to feel good. Drink, take drugs. Search desperately for love from others. We are looking for the high because it is our natural state. There is no judgement on any of it and we are all here learning and discovering. The easiest and cheapest way to find what you are looking for is to go within yourself. You hold the key to everything. We come from higher frequencies so we are used to feeling good. We are used to instant manifestation. We are used to being a powerful creator.

Earth is often called the planet of emotions and limitations. We put limits on ourselves because we have forgotten our true power. Go within. Sit in stillness and connect with the true you. Not the story of what you have been told. The true story. Only you know who you truly are. Are you the mind? Or are you the observer? Are you the beliefs you’ve been taught? Enjoy the outside world and also allow yourself to connect with the greater part of you. Connect to the higher aspect and expanded version of your consciousness.
