Byo Yoga mat, comfy pillow & blanket. You are welcome to use the yoga studios bolsters & blankets. We will be laying down most of the time. It is a restorative, relaxation, meditative session.
Join me in this beautiful sacred space as we tune into the Quantum field of energy and connect to higher realms. We will be working to clear old imprints that might be holding you back. You deserve to feel good. Your true essence is a powerful soul that is created from the fabric of the Universe.
