No experience is necessary. Byo Yoga mat, comfy pillow & blanket. You are welcome to use the yoga studios bolsters & blankets. We will be laying down in a restorative, relaxation, meditative session as well as seated experiences bringing in healing frequencies & information from higher realms.
Vegan light lunch provided. You are welcome to bring your own snacks if you like. Kitchen facilities available.
